Years ago, I found myself in the darkest season of my life. I was battling a deep depression that nearly took my life. Walking out of that depression, I knew I couldn’t keep living on autopilot. I needed a new way to show up each day with purpose, even when I didn’t feel strong or hopeful.

So I built my first Battle Plan: not to overhaul my life, but to help me show up for it. To help me anchor into what mattered and gently rebuild how I was living, one small step at a time.

Since then, I’ve created many versions of that plan to meet me in different seasons—grief, healing, growth, work, motherhood. 

And now, for the first time, I’ve put every tool and piece of that framework into one place, so you can build your own.
